The Trummer family in Stegersbach actually runs a traditional fruit pressing plant. The many orchards and old fruit varieties produce first-class juices that are appreciated throughout the region. Today, the family is one of the most important employers in southern Burgenland. But the region's nature, with its idyllic stream and river landscapes, rolling hills and mild climate, is also home to picturesque vineyards. This is how the Trummer family began producing wine many years ago: Uhudler. In addition to the normal Uhudler, they also offer a sparkling version of this cult wine. The Trummer family, like over 300 other members, belongs to the "Association of Friends of Uhudler".
