Since its foundation in 1818 by Elisabeth Salmon and Nicolas-François Billecart, the house of Billecart - Salmon has remained independent and has preserved all its know-how and the high quality of its wines over 7 generations. The blending of the prestige wines of Billecart-Salmon is done with great care from the famous grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all coming from the largest vineyards in Champagne.
