The family winery Domaine Lafage looks back on a rich wine history. Before it was founded in 1996 by Guy Lafage, six generations had already gained growing experience. Today, his son Jean-Marc runs one of the most important wineries in the French Languedoc Roussillon region. The vineyards at the foot of the Pic du Canigou cover 138 hectares. Typical regional grape varieties such as Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre are at home here. Domaine Lafage has made a name for itself with a good price-performance ratio and excellent cuvées and sweet wines. Fruity wines that love the Languedoc-Roussillon climate are very popular.
