Our customer service is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 (weekdays).
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You can also place an order as a guest without creating a user account. In this case, you will have to re-enter your data for each subsequent order, i.e. name, first name, shipping and billing address.
Thanks to your user account, you do not need to re-enter your personal data every time you place an order and you can also:
- Check the status of your orders
- View your previous orders
- Enter and save additional delivery addresses
- Save your favorites
Your password is stored encrypted on our server for security reasons, therefore we cannot read and send your old password.

ORDER
No, we deliver already from one bottle. This distinguishes us from many other shippers. So you can also already order a bottle to try.
Once you have submitted your order and it has been confirmed by the system, you will not be able to change or delete it. If a problem occurs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
In principle, only items that are actually available in our warehouse can be ordered from us. However, it may happen that an item is currently not available. In this case you will be informed immediately. The article will then be automatically delivered to you at a later date.
PROMO CODE AND GIFT CERTIFICATE
To use your promo code, enter it in the reserved field in your shopping cart or on the payment page before completing your order.
To use it, enter the alphanumeric code of the gift voucher in the field reserved for this purpose in your shopping cart or on the payment page before paying for your order.
