WINERY TEMENT

For decades, the name Tement has stood for high-class white wines from the steep slopes of southern Styria. In 1976, at the age of just 16, Manfred Tement took over the winery with two hectares of vineyards and subsequently set out to conquer the national and international wine world, primarily with Sauvignon Blanc, but also with Morillon. Early on, he worked according to the highest quality standards and focused on single-vineyard wines. Vineyards such as Zieregg and Grassnitzberg achieved world renown and became flagships of the entire southern Styria.
Manfred's sons Armin and Stefan are now the third generation at work. Organically managed vineyards, low yields and selective manual labor on challenging steep slopes are the cornerstones of their work.

Our Wöschmeister, one of the best Welsch Rieslings in the country. A summer wine in a class of its own. Fresh on the nose with notes of green apple, lime, white flowers and herbs. Light, with a structuring
acidity and a wonderfully juicy, slightly salty finish.
