KI NO BI Gin comes from Kyoto Distillery, Japan's first dedicated gin distillery. To create one of the best gins in the world was the intention of the founders. It was clear from the beginning that the location of production should be in the Japanese city of Kyoto.
Japanese whiskey is now on everyone's lips, but Japanese gin is a specialty. The Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin knows how to combine the classic flavors of the East Asian country. Among the total of 11 botanicals are classic Japanese plants.

Ki no Bi (The Beauties of the Seasons - and no Jedi Master!) was distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto, with a dry style and a Japanese accent. A distillate of burnt rice serves as the base, with ingredients such as yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, green sansho pepper, bamboo leaves and gyokuro tea all sourced from the surrounding region. The botanicals are each divided into 6 aroma groups and distilled separately from the other aroma groups. Bases, citrus, tea, herb, spice, flowers. Only then, with the addition of the famous Fushimi water, follows the union to Ki No Bi with magnificent 45.7% vol.
