PFNEISL WINERY

With the utmost quality awareness, national but above all international varieties are handpicked in the best and most famous sites in Mittelburgenland and vinified by Gerhard Pfneisl and daughter Lisa. The range includes fruit-driven wines classically vinified in steel tanks, site wines and premium cuvées that are aged for up to 36 months in small or large oak barrels.
The majority of the 23 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in the home municipality of Deutschkreutz. In addition to the Austrian parade varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and St. Laurent, the international varieties Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir as well as the white wine varieties Viognier, Gelber Muskateller and Grüner Veltliner grow in the top sites.
The Pfneisl family's recipe for success: " BORN 2 MAKE WINE!".
