PERRIN FAMILY WINERY

The heart of the Perrin family's estate, dedicated to viticulture since 1909, is the nearly 100-hectare stately Château de Beaucastel, perched on a hill northeast of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and one of the most impressive estates in France. Perrin has been farmed according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture since 1964 (!) and is kept at an average vine age of 50 years by a sophisticated rotation system.

Due to the exclusive use of organic fertilizers, the winery was spared from many diseases. Today, a great many bees and birds, crickets and ladybugs live in Beaucastel.
Nature and traditional methods are the Perrin family's assets and this knowledge has been seamlessly passed down for 5 generations.

Beautiful clear ruby color. The delicate nose of this wine is typical of Girondas with aromas of pepper, licorice and violets. The palate offers a silky texture, very soft with delicate tannins and excellent notes of dark berries.
