WINERY TEMENT

For decades, the name Tement has stood for high-class white wines from the steep slopes of southern Styria. In 1976, at the age of just 16, Manfred Tement took over the winery with two hectares of vineyards and subsequently set out to conquer the national and international wine world, primarily with Sauvignon Blanc, but also with Morillon. Early on, he worked according to the highest quality standards and focused on single-vineyard wines. Vineyards such as Zieregg and Grassnitzberg achieved world renown and became flagships of the entire southern Styria.
Manfred's sons Armin and Stefan are now the third generation at work. Organically managed vineyards, low yields and selective manual labor on challenging steep slopes are the cornerstones of their work.

Your new crush. Roasted pineapple, salted lemon, green tea and ethereal herbs. Discreetly smoky on the palate, with a supporting acidity. So refreshingly sparse that you can't get enough of it.
