Tasting note

This single-vineyard wine is deep ruby red in the glass with a short, violet rim. The nose is fruity with reminiscences of blackberries, black cherries and ripe strawberries. This fruity structure is supported by the spicy aroma of Mediterranean herbs, dark pepper, nutmeg and cloves. The clear mineral note reflects its origin. The spice, herbs and berry aromas are also evident on the palate, where the wine has a firm structure, minerality and an underlying roasted aroma. Rich tannins envelop the compact body. The complexity of the single-vineyard wine is reflected in the very long finish with freshness.
