Erich Polz Jr. has been running the business since 2020 with the vision of guiding the fabulous potential and valuable know-how inherent in his family's long winemaking tradition into a fruitful, healthy future.
Erich's brother Christoph is responsible for cellar and vinification. With great confidence in each grape. Because the passion is called manual work. And the skill grows directly from the origin of southern Styria, its terroir.
Here, the emphasis is on sustainability. Whether it is gentle pruning, renunciation of insecticides and glyphosates or the conversion of our vineyards "to organic", which is already being implemented.
