A kingdom for a grape - credo, slogan and at the same time also always lived promise in the winery K+K Kirnbauer.

On 45 hectares of vineyards, red and white wines with a strong character are cultivated and developed, which are characterized by an impressive texture and their velvety-silky creaminess. Markus Kirnbauer is in charge of the family business and cultivates grape varieties such as Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Zweigelt, Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
The majority of the grape harvest is combined to create the estate's flagship wine, the cuvée DAS PHANTOM. In 1987, Walter Kirnbauer recognized the potential of his creation and also demonstrated his flair for marketing by creating the brand name for it - a novelty on the domestic market at the time. This was also the initial spark for the lasting success story of the Austrian cuvée culture.
